CALLISTO PARIS offers free delivery to certain countries and depends on the value of a single purchase.
Please select your shipping destination from the list of countries when checking out to view available shipping costs. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping costs will be waived on the checkout page.
FRANCE - CONTINENTAL ONLY
Option 1: Home delivery by Colissimo
Home delivery of the package within an average of 48 hours, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (two working days - indicative time)
Delivery against signature.

This is a postal service (La Poste Française) subject to the conditions of sale of La Poste.
In case of absence of the recipient of the package, a transit advice note will be left at the address. The recipient can then request a second delivery or can pick up the package at the post office designated on the delivery notice. The package must be collected within 15 days; after this time, the parcel is returned to the sender. Any costs related to a second delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times are purely indicative and any delays in delivery will not give rise to any damage or compensation. MAISON MASSIMO is not responsible for strikes, bad weather or any other emergency that may cause delays in delivery. The items are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

RECEIPT OF ORDER
The customer is required to check the status of his order and its contents upon arrival. The customer should also note on the delivery notice any concerns or issues if the package appears to have been opened, damaged or otherwise mishandled. If the ordered articles are damaged, do not accept the parcel by clearly explaining why. We encourage you to contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your package stating the details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as it is and MAISON MASSIMO cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage due to shipping and transport.
