FREE DELIVERY

CALLISTO PARIS offers free delivery in certain countries and depends on the value of a single purchase.

Please select your shipping destination from the list of countries during checkout to view available shipping costs. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping costs will be removed on the final payment page.

FRANCE - MAINLAND ONLY

Option 1: Home delivery by Colissimo

Delivery of the parcel to your home within an average of 48 hours, between 8am and 6pm (two working days - indicative timeframe)
Delivery requires a signature.

This is a postal service (French Post Office) subject to the terms and conditions of sale of the Post Office.

If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left at the address. The recipient can then request a second delivery or collect the package from the post office indicated on the notice. The package must be collected within 15 days; after this period, it will be returned to the sender. Any costs associated with a second delivery will be borne by the buyer. Delivery times are estimates only, and any delays will not give rise to any damages or compensation. MAISON MASSIMO is not responsible for strikes, inclement weather, or any other emergency that may cause delivery delays. Items are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order.

Parcel delivered to your home within 24-48 hours.
Delivery upon signature.

EUROPE

ORDER RECEIPT

The customer is responsible for checking the condition and contents of their order upon arrival. The customer must also note any concerns or problems on the delivery slip if the package appears to have been opened, damaged, or otherwise mishandled. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package and clearly explain why. We encourage you to contact our customer service department within 72 hours of receiving your package, providing details of your complaint. Signing without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is, and MAISON MASSIMO cannot be held liable for any accidental damage incurred during shipping and transport.
